SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to have all orders picked up by the carrier within 48 hours of the sale. 

At this time, we only offer a flat ground rate shipping to the United States. 

  • Orders to the contiguous U.S states have a flat rate of $15.00

  • Orders to Alaska and Hawaii have a flat rate of $45.00

  • All orders are subject to a $2.50 handling fee.  Many items require protective packaging, double boxing, bubble wrap, etc.  This fee helps off-set those costs.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Trading Cards, Individual Cards, Card Packs, Card Boxes:

Due to the volatile trading card and rapid fluctuation in price, all trading card sales are final.  We research our prices and set them as fairly as possible.  On any given day, we may discover a seller setting a price way below market value or considerably higher than market value.  We strive to be competitive and fair.  This is the way the hobby should be.  We have discovered a small percentage of people who attempt to open and reseal packs, boxes, and sets and attempt to fraudulently return items.  For this reason we cannot accept returns. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we ask that you contact us immediately.  We want to help rectify any situation that may be within our control. 

Damaged Packages:

Damaged items are a disappointment to everyone.  Most of us have received damaged boxes at one time or another.  We want items arriving in perfect condition as much as you want to receive them that way.

If packages are damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately.  You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.  Please do not open card packs, card cases, card boxes, or any contents of shipping boxes.  Once an item is opened, we cannot accept a return regardless of any damage incurred during transit.

Once notified of damaged product, we will work with you to resolve the issue on a case by case basis.  Damaged product that arrive that way will be returned to us at no cost to the buyer.  A replacement will be issued if stock remains to fulfill such order. 

Damage is disappointing especially when there is no remaining stock to replace the item that was originally ordered.  A refund will be issued in this case, but we understand that disappointment remains.  We want the hobby to be fun and exciting and will work with customers in such cases.
