Heat transfer team logo allowing some bleed through of the tee shirt color is intentional for a vintage look.  Wash inside out when possible.  Consider air-drying or using the lowest heat settings to help prolong the life of the heat transfer.  Over time, as with screen printing, the logo is prone to cracking and fading.
